Terms of Service
Terms for the electronic services provided on perchly.eu.
1. General
The Perchly service (perchly.eu) is operated by Piotr Filipecki, ul. Stokowa 5, 25-702 Kielce, Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 9591860910, REGON 540181182 (the “Provider”).

These Terms set out how the service may be used and the scope of the electronic services offered.
2. Scope of services
The service provides, free of charge:
- information about our offer (premium websites and a booking system for salons);
- a contact form and a website-vision wizard, used to get in touch and prepare a quote;
- a contact widget (WhatsApp, email).
The actual services (designing and building a website, setting up booking) are provided under a separate agreement concluded individually with the client after the scope and price are agreed.
3. Technical requirements
A device with internet access and a current browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled (to the extent necessary for the service) is sufficient.
Users must not supply any unlawful content.
4. Contact form and enquiries
Sending a message via the contact form or wizard is voluntary and free. It requires the data needed to reply (name, email, message).
We aim to reply within a reasonable time, usually within 24 hours on business days. Sending an enquiry does not oblige either party to enter into a contract.
5. Complaints
Complaints about the service can be sent to hello@perchly.eu, describing the issue and contact details. We handle complaints within 14 days.
6. Personal data
Processing of personal data and use of cookies are described in the Privacy Policy available on the service.
7. Final provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
We may amend these Terms for valid reasons (legal changes, change of scope). Changes take effect when the new version is published.
